SCK Group appreciates the importance of your investment in your buy-to-let property and maintains all the properties under its control in peak condition at all times. We take full responsibility for all maintenance emergencies and give tenants a dedicated telephone number for any maintenance problems that arise. With our own in-house maintenance team, who are on call 24 hours a day, we will attend to any maintenance issue immediately. Our focus is to provide peace of mind for you the landlord. We will:

• Remain the direct contact for tenants at all times
• Resolve all maintenance issues
• Arrange for repair/replacement of electrical appliances where necessary
• Offer 24 hours / 7 days emergency maintenance response
• Provide property inspections 3 times a year & content inventory checked
• Keep you, the landlord, informed of issues where appropriate
